For questions about your order, delivery, return, missing game parts, damaged products or problems with a game, please contact us at comeplay@citygames.wien. If your enquiry concerns an order, please include your order number where possible.

We are a small game studio and try to answer enquiries quickly and fairly. We cannot guarantee continuous availability by phone; email is the most reliable contact method.

3. Returns, withdrawal and replacement

Information about returns, refunds, statutory withdrawal/cancellation and replacement in case of damaged or missing parts can be found in our Return, Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
